Keep in mind these plants just took the journey of their lifetime in a dark box for 2-4 days so they will take time to recover and be at their best again. Please Take clear photos of the dead product and send it to us within 24 hours of receiving the item and once the item is validated by us we will send a replacement or refund minus the cost of shipping. * If you are concerned about extreme heat or cold, we highly recommend having the post office hold your mail for the estimated delivery day. This is a completely free option which can be requested online via www.usps.com or in person at your local post office. This way, your package will remain indoors, protected, and out of the elements for you to pick up once the package has arrived.
* We guarantee live arrival of all live stock. This means we assure that live stock will show up alive. We do not guarantee your success in keeping the livestock alive/healthy. Live Arrival Guarantee (DOA Policy)

If your plants arrive dead on arrival (DOA), we offer a replacement or store credit under the following conditions:

✅ Report the issue within 2 hours of delivery.
✅ Provide clear photos of the dead plants and packaging.

Once verified, we will process a replacement or issue store credit within 2 business days.

⚠️ Important Notes:

• Slight yellowing is normal due to lack of light during transit. Simply float your plants near a light source for 3 days to help them recover.
• The DOA policy is void if delivery is delayed due to incorrect shipping information or missed delivery attempts.
• Extreme weather conditions can affect plant health. Please check the forecast and choose a shipping window accordingly.
• Our policy does not cover plants that perish due to improper acclimation after arrival.
