At Aquatic Plant House, we take great care in delivering healthy, vibrant aquatic plants to your doorstep. Our Live Arrival Guarantee ensures that your plants arrive in the best possible condition. Please review our shipping policy below to understand how we handle deliveries and guarantee the quality of your plants.
Shipping Process
🚚 Fast & Reliable Shipping:
- We ship Monday - Friday using USPS Standard and Priority Mail to ensure the fastest possible delivery.
- Orders placed after Friday afternoon will be shipped the following Monday to avoid weekend delays.
- Each plant is carefully packaged in sealed plastic bags to retain moisture and freshness during transit.
Live Arrival Guarantee (DOA Policy)
If your plants arrive dead on arrival (DOA), we offer a replacement or store credit under the following conditions:
✅ Report the issue within 2 hours of delivery.
✅ Provide clear photos of the dead plants and packaging.
✅ Email info@aquaticplanthouse.com with your order number and a brief description.
Once verified, we will process a replacement or issue store credit within 2 business days.
⚠️ Important Notes:
- Slight yellowing is normal due to lack of light during transit. Simply float your plants near a light source for 3 days to help them recover.
- The DOA policy is void if delivery is delayed due to incorrect shipping information or missed delivery attempts.
- Extreme weather conditions can affect plant health. Please check the forecast and choose a shipping window accordingly.
- Our policy does not cover plants that perish due to improper acclimation after arrival.
Order Changes & Cancellations
- Orders can be changed or canceled only before shipping. Once the order is in transit, we cannot make modifications.
