At Aquatic Plant House, we specialize in healthy, vibrant live aquatic plants for your aquarium. We carefully package and ship our plants to ensure they arrive in excellent condition. Due to the delicate nature of aquatic plants, we do not accept returns. However, we offer our Live Arrival Guarantee to ensure customer satisfaction.
What is our Live Arrival Guarantee?
If your aquatic plants arrive dead or severely damaged, we will offer a replacement or store credit under the following conditions:
- You must report the issue within 24 hours of delivery.
- Clear photos of the damaged plants and packaging must be provided.
What to do if your aquatic plants arrive damaged?
- Take clear photos of the damaged plants and packaging.
- Email us at info@aquaticplanthouse.com with your order number and a brief description of the issue.
- Our team will assess the situation and provide a replacement or store credit if eligible.
What if my order is delayed or missing?
If your order has not arrived within 5 days of the expected delivery date:
- Check your tracking information in the confirmation email.
- If there’s no movement or unexpected delays, contact us at info@aquaticplanthouse.com for assistance.
Note: If an incorrect shipping address was provided during checkout, we, unfortunately, cannot offer a refund or replacement.
Can I return my aquatic plants?
We do not accept returns due to the fragile and perishable nature of aquatic plants. Instead, we focus on providing replacements or store credit in cases of damaged deliveries.
What should I do with a damaged plant?
If a plant arrives beyond recovery, please dispose of it responsibly. Never discard aquatic plants in natural water bodies, as they may disrupt ecosystems.
